"Was recommended to change agents by their main phone number because my annual rate doubled. And when I did, they started wanting photos of my house and yard and subsequently sent me a letter to do all this stuff to the tune of 25k and I have never filed one claim over 20 years. Now they are not going to renew and they almost doubled my insurance rate for the current year. What a bunch of robbers !! Do not go to State Farm. I have had my insurance with them for like 20 years and they won’t even return my calls."
