Terrible customer service. Not willing to understand that I cannot call due to working the same as their “office hours” and the ONE time I do I’m kept on the phone for over an hour, trying to be sold a million different coverages after repeatedly saying no.

Cynthia was very personable and gave me and my family the best rates we could find. She even stayed afterhours to make sure I had everything in order for the insurance.

STATE FARM was very understanding that we had to close our checking account and reopen a new account. Our statement was due on June 25th and we did not have the new account till June 26. We have been with State Farm for many years and ha always had excellant assistance. DIEGO was very understanding and kind . We highly recommend this State Farm Office.
