Somehow my review was pulled down. But it is important for consumers to know my story. Since taking over the agency in 2021 I have had nothing but issues every time that I make any sort of changes to my policy. I purchased a UTV in 2021 and insured it with the previous agents and called back in a few months later and let them know I no longer needed the policy. The vehicle sits in Mexico and there in no need for US insurance. They never canceled it. We donated the vehicle to Kars4KIds in 2023 and they still continued to bill me. I bought a new UTV and had that insured and was double billed for several months and had to make several calls to correct it. When I made the call to insure the new UTV I was asked about the old one and explained that I have not had this old one in over a year. I received a bill for the UTV from 2021 and they told me I had never called in on this matter and the best they could do was cancel it as of August 2025. When I said that was not good enough and I wanted to speak to someone in corporate I was refused and they told me there was nothing I could do. This morning after filling complaints with the BBB and leaving a bad Google review I was told if we could show we sold the vehicle they will do the right thing and refund my money. Which is what they should have done in the first place. If this review gets taken down. I wll just repost it because everyone needs to know the level of customer service you will get from Luisa Samuels.
